01Data controller

The controller of your data is LikenTech Yazılım. Our Dutch office is at Coldenhovelaan 16, 2678 PS De Lier; our Turkish office is at Pera Plaza Çarşı, Cumhuriyet Mah., 16140 Nilüfer / Bursa. For any privacy question, write to info@likentech.net.

02What we collect and why

The data we collect is limited to the following:

• Quote form: Full name, email, phone, company name (optional), your message and the project type you select. We use this to understand your request, get back to you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK art. 5/2-c and f).
• Correspondence: Information you share when you email or call us, and the history of that correspondence. We keep it to follow up on your request.
• Technical logs: Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and debugging. These are kept briefly and are not used to identify you.

03Cookies and browser storage

Our site uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Only one preference is stored in your browser: your light/dark theme choice. It never leaves your device, is not sent to us and contains no personal data.

04Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties for marketing. We share it only with providers strictly needed to deliver the service:

• Hosting and email infrastructure: Our site and email are hosted on servers within the European Union. Providers access data only to deliver the service and only on our instructions.
• Legal obligation: When required by a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority, to the extent the law requires.

05International transfers

Our team works in the Netherlands and Turkey, so your data may be processed by either office. Transfers from the EU to Turkey follow Chapter V of the GDPR, and transfers from Turkey abroad follow KVKK art. 9, with appropriate contractual safeguards. Your data is not transferred to any other country.

06How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:

• Quote requests and correspondence: If no business relationship follows, at most 2 years after the last exchange; if one does, for the duration of the contract and any statutory retention periods (for example commercial and tax law).
• Server logs: At most 90 days.
• If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except for what we are legally required to keep.

07Security

The site is served over HTTPS only; form data travels over an encrypted connection. Only team members who need the data for their work can access it. In the event of a data breach we notify the relevant authority and affected people within the legal deadlines.

08Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK art. 11 you have the right to:

• Know whether we process your data and request a copy of it
• Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased or its processing restricted
• Object to processing and withdraw consent you have given
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Not be subject to automated decision-making (our site has no such process)

09How to exercise your rights

Just email info@likentech.net. After verifying your identity we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurulu) in Turkey or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.

10Children

Our site and services are aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date above is updated. We separately notify people whose contact details we hold about significant changes.
